How to Protect your Teeth without Dentist - Teeth are part of small hard in the mouth. This tooth has a varied structure that allows it to perform many tasks. Teeth play an important role in the process of digestion, thereby teeth really need to be treated in order to remain in good health. Here’s my attempt to provide simple tips for caring for your teeth to stay healthy:
1. Be diligent brushing your teeth every day, especially before bed is recommended to brush your teeth, at least 2 times a day.

3. Eat less foods that are acidic. Teeth can also suffer damage if too much acid, because it can cause tooth ache.
4. Avoid eating foods that are sticky and sweet. Sweet foods such as sugar is one of the most popular foods by bacteria in the mouth. When you eat foods that are sweet, clean rinsing should continue for the rest of the sugar to dissolve and no longer stick to the teeth.
5. Be diligent to check the teeth to the dentist. Minimum of 6 months.
